Fodor's Review:
This café on the Plaza de Armas really comes into its own in the morning as the consummate diner, serving hearty breakfasts accompanied by a big glass mug of café con leche (coffee with steamed milk) and mouthwatering pastries, including a scrumptious apple strudel.
