A quinta is a típico semi-open air Peruvian restaurant, and Eulalia's is the oldest such place in the city, dishing up hearty, filling portions of down-home food since 1941. Chicharrones (fried pork and cabbage), trucha al horno (oven-baked trout), and cuy chactado (guinea pig with potatoes) are three of the specialties here.
