Fodor's Review:
An extensive remodeling and refurbishing in 2005 by a new owner has given a much-needed spruce up to a longtime budget favorite in the center of town. Five rooms populate a rambling house behind a wall on a quiet street. All have hardwood floors, tile baths, and attractive Venetian blinds. Lovely wood headboards and dressers and armoires fill each room. Breakfast is an extra S/10, and served in an antique-filled dining room.

- In-room: no phone, no TV.
- In-hotel: bicycles, no-smoking rooms.
- Credit Cards: No credit cards
