Fodor's Review:
This small hotel with a large staff -- there's a 2-to-1 staff-to-guest ratio -- prides itself on exceptionally attentive service. Regular rooms are quite comfortable, with colonial-style furniture and hardwood floors, but with more modern amenities than this restored 250-year-old house would imply. The top-floor suites and one apartment are similar in style, but larger, with wood-beamed ceilings and private terraces. The hotel sits just a block off the Cuesta San Blas, the "staircase" street leading up from the Plaza de Armas, and could not be more centrally located for sightseeing.
