The museum's name translates as "Wisdom of the Young," and that it is. A rural-development venture, the Taller Móvil de Arte (Mobile Art Workshop), has collected children's artworks from remote Andean communities as part of an educational project to enhance young people's cultural awareness and sense of expression.
