Fodor's Review:
Half café, half cultural center, the second-floor La Tertulia sits just off the Plaza de Armas and is a place to curl up with a cup of coffee in front of a cozy fireplace on a chilly day. Donate the book you've just finished to the book exchange and grab another, or browse the selection of foreign newspapers, magazines, and a few travel guides, Fodor's among them. Morning means an all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet with a delicious selection of 15 varieties of crepes; lunch entails a vegetarian-friendly salad bar, a real rarity in this land of cuy and potatoes.
