Fodor's Review:
The unnamed bakery just off the Plaza Constitución is a Pisac institution. Vegetarian empanadas and homemade breads are delivered from the clay oven fresh into your hands, but the lines are long on Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday market days. Have patience; it's worth the wait.
