You might feel as if you're in the Amazon when you enjoy a cocktail at the Terraza Tropical bar, where wicker tables and chairs are set amid lush greenery. The rest of this gleaming glass high-rise, within walking distance of most of the city's museums, is more austere. The restaurant serves up tasty local dishes with a friendly flourish. Pros: Good views, nice restaurant. Cons: Spartan rooms, some street noise.
