Although you can dine inside, try to snag one of the tables across the street on the bank of the Río Cali. Waiters literally risk their lives crossing the busy Avenida Colombia to deliver your meal. The specialties include bite-size empanadas and chuzos (shish kebabs). Because this is a popular late-night hangout, tables fill up early.
