Bogotá's premier grilled-meat restaurant is a favorite north-end meeting place of senior politicians and plutocrats. The menu is dominated by grilled steak, chicken, and pork, but excellent salads are served with great aplomb. Choose a seat in the delightful indoor patio full of hanging plants. On weekends musicians serenade you with traditional Colombian music.

Far and away the best beef to be had in Colombia. Meat is cooked to perfection. Word to the wise. If you are a tourist and walk in in a Tshirt and grubby jeans, dont expect top notch service. (Dress up! It's the Colombian way) The food is excellent as is the service.

Superb meats but I always eat the steak (Bife de Lomo) which is as good as it gets, but not small. Music is every night, and I think it is open on Sundays as well. Around 9.00pm the waiters do a show but it is the food and the convivial atmosphere that brings people back time after time. It's not just for plutocrats and politicians, but for everyone who wants to have a good night.
