This venerable lodge is tucked up close to Lake Llanquihue and Osorno Volcano. It's an ideal place for couples or families as it has only 19 rooms, 16 of which are large bungalows (two-story with private Jacuzzi) or chalets (two-bedroom suites). The bungalows and chalets are constructed with native woods, and like the entire hotel, decorated with an eclectic array of original art pieces. Ask for guides for fly-fishing and other excursions (and the all-inclusive rate). The real highlight here is the Latitude 42º restaurant, which is worth a visit on its own.
