Café Haussmann
Café Haussmann Review
The excellent crudos (steak tartare), German-style sandwiches, and delicious küchen here are testament to the fact that Valdivia was once a mecca for German immigrants. The place is small—a mere four tables and a bar—but it's that rarest of breeds in Chile: a completely nonsmoking restaurant.
