Valparaíso Sporting Club (Av. Los Castaños 404. 32/689-393) hosts horse racing every Wednesday. The Clásico del Derby, Chile's version of the Kentucky Derby, takes place the first Sunday in February. Rugby, polo, cricket, and other sports are also played here.
