Though its name translates as Prat Dock, the muelle is actually a wharf with steps leading to the water. Sailors from the ships in the harbor arrive in lanchas (small boats), or board them for the trip back to their vessels. It's a great place to enjoy the port buzz and watch ships anchored in the harbor. To get a closer look, you can board one of the lanchas—it costs 1,000 pesos for a trip out to a ship and back, or 20,000 pesos for a 60-minute tour of the bay. Here you'll also find the tourist information office and a row of souvenir shops.
