Former television chef Raúl Madinagoitía, presides over the kitchen here. The menu lists seafood delicacies, such as Peruvian-style ceviche and machas curadas (steamed clams with dill and melted cheese). Oenophiles are impressed by the extensive, almost exclusively Chilean wine list. Save room for one of the excellent desserts, maybe crème brûlée, chocolate mousse, or cheesecake with a raspberry sauce.
