Fodor's Expert Review La Colombina
Editor's Note: This location is no longer in operation.
This restaurant is in an old home just steps from the Palacio Baburizza fine arts museum on Cerro Alegre, in one of the city's most beautiful hilltop neighborhoods. The house specializes in Chilean dishes, and seafood dominates the menu, but you'll also find a good selection for meat lovers—served with flare. Dining rooms on two floors are notable for their eclectic decor—something of art nouveau meets the port with stained-glass windows and impressive views of the city and sea.
