If for no other reason, you should go to the AFA gallery because it's tucked away in a fascinating little plaza and alleyway just steps from Santiago's Plaza de Armas. You will be rewarded with free art exhibits across three gallery rooms: contemporary exhibitions of photography, sculpture, painting, and more by emerging and established Chilean artists. It's occasionally closed during installations.
