Santiago Restaurants

Normandie Review

This unassuming French restaurant is easy to miss, but it's a place to linger, along with the regulars, whether it's over a steaming bowl of onion soup and boeuf bourguignon with french fries (made from real potatoes) in winter, or a glass of wine at one of the pavement tables in summer. The service is as friendly as the food is good and, with its wooden bar and slightly haphazard decoration, the place has masses of atmosphere.
