Fodor's Review:

Two distinct hotels stand side by side at this unrivaled resort. The Sheraton Santiago is certainly a luxury hotel, but the adjoining San Cristóbal Tower is in a class by itself, popular with business executives and foreign dignitaries who value its efficiency, elegance, and impeccable service. A lavish, labyrinthine marble lobby links the two hotels, three fine restaurants, and the city's largest hotel convention center. Pampering is not all that goes on at the San Cristóbal Tower—attentive staff members at the business center can provide you with everything from secretarial services to Internet access. The modern rooms have elegant linens and are decorated with rich fabrics.
