Although this appears at first glance to be a rather somber bistro, nothing could be further from the truth. The service is friendly, and the Provence-influenced food is first-rate. The steak au poivre and beef bourguignonne would make a Frenchman's eyes water. And where else in Santiago could you find crêpe suzettes? If you want to practice your Spanish, you're in luck: there's always a line of talkative locals in the cozy ground-floor bar.

Excellent and attentive service paired with a good menu. The basement dining room can be claustrophobic for some, but cozy for most. The atmosphere is very old world and charming, like an European café. Perhaps the only place in Santiago for an authentic Coq Au Vin. The seabass was in need of more flavour though.
