Fodor's Review:

In the heart of Providencia, this vegetarian eatery is a hangout for hip young Santiaguinos. Even the wood paneling and high windows here feel healthful. Simple dishes like spinach quiche and pancakes stuffed with asparagus and mushrooms are full of flavor, but it's the hearty soups and freshly squeezed juices that register the highest praise. Try the tasty jugo de zanahoria (carrot juice). A little shop sells all the ingredients you need to make these dishes at home.
