Choose from appetizers such as baby eels with hot pepper and garlic or shrimp and squid with an orange sauce. Panqueque Ibis is a pancake stuffed with shrimp, calamari, and scallops; the whole thing is sautéed in butter, flambéed in cognac, and served with a spinach-and-cream sauce.
