Ibis de Puerto Varas Review

Nattily nautical sails stretch taut across the ceiling, pierced here and there by mastlike wood columns, and the walls are a splashy blue at this stylish but casual seafood restaurant. Choose from appetizers such as ceviche or a plate of oysters and, for a main course, tuna grilled with dill and coriander or bell peppers stuffed with shrimps, cream, and cheese.

    Perfect for a romantic evening

    It's probably one of the top three restaurants in Santiago. From simple dishes like fried congrio to some other great plates, everything is really good. They have a large selection of good chilean wine, with some good choices by the glass. You can not miss the desserts!.
