El Naturista
El Naturista Review
If you're used to vegetarian restaurants that look like they forgot to decorate, then this elegant eatery with its green-and-white-checkered floor will be a nice surprise. The kitchen here has sidled away from run-of-the-mill vegetarian fare. It conjures up such dishes as fricasé de cochayuyo (seaweed stew)—a distinctly slimy but good dish that's typically Chilean in that seaweed is widely eaten throughout the country. The scrumptious lasagna is made from homegrown eggplants.
