Fodor's Review:
On a clear day, treat yourself to the stunning views of the city through the floor-to-ceiling windows at this restaurant atop Cerro San Cristóbal. The menu lists such dishes as pork tenderloin in mustard sauce with caramelized onions, and warm scallop salad with quail eggs and asparagus. Oenophiles appreciate the many Chilean vintages in the wine cellar. Neophytes can head across a central courtyard to Bar Dalí, where the servers can organize an impromptu degustación of a half dozen varietals.
