The menu lists such dishes as pork tenderloin in mustard sauce with caramelized onions, and warm scallop salad with quail eggs and asparagus. Neophytes can head across a central courtyard to Bar Dalí, where the servers can organize an impromptu degustación of a half dozen varietals.
