This pousada offers easy access to the beach and several amenities.The rooms in the main building are rustic but comfortable and chalets with grand views of the sea are scattered on the property among palm trees and shrubbery. The restaurant Engenho do Mar offers ecletic fare with emphasis on seafood. A nongovernmental organization, Instituto Baleia Franca has a branch on the premises and offers whale-watching boat trips (R$90/person on weekdays; R$140/person weekends). Guided hiking and horse-back tours in the nearby Mata Atlantica as well as surfing classes are also available.
