Hotel Grão Pará Review

The oldest hotel in town is also the best deal. Hotel Grão Pará has few amenities, but has the best price for a modern, clean room with the basics, sparsely furnished, but with marble sinks in the bathrooms. The hotel is across the street from the Praça da Republica and the Teatro da Paz.

    Hotel Grão Pará Review

I had to spend 3 months in 2012 due to a project in the city. Service is consistently good. Breakfast is very simple but good enough with fruit juices, juices and bread. I noticed in the 3 months a lot of foreigners. English support is at the same level as the city. Staff is willing to help provided you help them understand you. No room service but some beverages and snacks are sold on the reception. Excellent showers, well maintained air conditioning and very confortable beds. Wifi access at the reception hall and restaurant, but do not expect quality broadband. Bedrooms offer data port and phone. I've paid triple the price of this room and didn't receive a third of this quality. Excellent choice in town, specially if you just need a place to rest for the next day.
