This is one of the most elegant restaurants in Paraty. Its specialty is camarão casadinho, fried colossal shrimp stuffed with hot farofa (cassava flour). Even if you're familiar with jumbo shrimp, you might be astonished at the size of these beauties. Seafood outnumbers other dishes two to one, but the filet mignon is very good. The service borders on perfection, as does the elegant decor, with glass doors opening onto the street.
