Despite the name, there's indeed a permanent chef installed here: Renato Frias, who hails from the state of Pernambuco, though his cuisine straddles France and Italy. Take your pick from a vast buffet with more than 30 different salads, along with sushi, risottos and pastas, and fish and meat dishes. Colorful tiles decorate the spacious dining room.
