Gombe Review

At the end of a street packed with sushi restaurants, Gombe is the pick of the pack. The small dining room built of unvarnished wood features low, Japanese-style tables and a barstool-lined grill, where the house specialty, espetinhos (juicy chicken and beef skewers), are served hot off the grill until all hours of the night. During more tranquil hours, try the sashimi teishoku with generous slices of tuna, salmon, octopus, and squid. The menu is highly interchangeable if you know your way around Japanese cuisine.
