Chef Sergio Arno changed the face of the city's Italian restaurants with his nuova cucina, exemplified by dishes like frogs' legs risotto and duck ravioli with watercress sauce. Well-to-do patrons dine in the glass-walled garden gazebo or the ocher-color dining room decorated with Italian engravings and fresh flowers.
