A family-owned northern Italian classic subtly ensconced within the elegantly modern lobby of the hotel of the same name, this restaurant is as famous for its superior cuisine as for its exorbitant prices. The chef, Salvatore Loi, has added to the menu dishes like seafood ravioli with a white-wine sauce. The luxe decor oozes class—marble, mahogany, and mirrors, all crowned by a breathtaking skylight—and suggests that proof of one's captainship of industry or other such mastery of the universe must be shown at the door for entrance.
