Book NowBourbon Review
Rich woodwork runs at waist level throughout the halls of this small, classy hotel near Praça da República. It's only one block away from Largo do Arouche, a bar-lined square that's home to a largely gay crowd at night. In each room a wall-length tufted leather cushion serves as headboard, quite comfortable for reading in bed while the city bustles below. The bathrooms are huge cubic rooms flooded with natural light and tiled from floor to ceiling. Since every other tile is emblazoned with the hotel's trademark double B, it can feel like you're showering inside a fancy piece of luggage.
