This restaurant's name comes from one of the most traditional Italian neighborhoods in São Paulo, and no one argues that Bráz doesn't have the right. The pies are of a medium thickness with high, bubbly crusts. And each of the nearly 20 varieties is delicious, from the traditional margherita to the house specialty, pizza Bráz, with tomato sauce, zucchini, and mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. The chopp (draft beer) is also very good. Reservations aren't accepted on weekends.
