At Avenida Club some Friday and Saturday nights are dedicated to Caribbean- or Brazilian dance parties; Sundays bring contemporary MPB and rock acts. The large wooden dance floor -- one of the finest in town -- attracts a crowd of twenty- and thirtysomethings.
