Centro Cultural Banco do Brasil Review
What was once the headquarters of Brazil's oldest bank is now an enormous cultural space in downtown Rio. With plenty of room for cinema, expositions, music, educational programs, and theater, the options are endless. 2008 marked Banco do Brasil's bicentennial and the arrival of the Portuguese royal family in Rio, fleeing from Napoléon's invading army. Explore the many floors of this impressive edifice or take a nap on the first floor's unusual sound bed.
