Cipriani

Fodor's Review:

For a superb dining experience, start with a Cipriani, champagne with fresh peach juice (really a Bellini), and move on to an appetizer of snook carpaccio with eggplant and capers or a salad of endive marinated in red wine. The pasta dishes are prepared with great care, and the meat and fish entrées are appropriate to their lavish surroundings—with a view to the hotel's beautiful pool. The degustation menu is R$180, or R$295 with wine.
