Fodor's Review:
Although it has few amenities, the Toledo goes the extra mile to make the best of what it does have. The staff is friendly, the service is efficient, and the location -- on a quiet backstreet of Copacabana, a block from the beach -- isn't bad either. Back rooms from the 9th to the 14th floors have sea views and sliding floor-to-ceiling windows. Some rooms are much larger than others, so specify if you have a preference.
