One of many restaurants in Rio where you pay per kilo, this one stands out for its use of natural and organic products. You'll have multiple vegetarian options and lots of soy-based dishes. They also serve delicious fruit juices. On hot days, choose the somewhat hidden upstairs dining room, which is air-conditioned.
