The world headquarters of H. Stern has a small museum where you can see rare gems. A self-guided audio tour explains the entire process of cutting, polishing, and setting stones. Afterward, you get a personal consultation with a salesperson and a gift box with five small stones. The museum can arrange transport back to your hotel.
