Fodor's Review:
Close to the shopping area of Copacabana, the Windsor Palace has standard, unexciting hotel rooms. From the fifth floor up, rooms have balconies, but only those from the 12th floor up have ocean views. Overall, this is a solid mid-range option with decent services. The rooftop pool has a view of Copacabana beach, and it's just two blocks from the Siqueira Campos metro station.
