Close to the shopping area of Copacabana, the Windsor Palace has standard, cookie-cutter hotel rooms. From the fifth floor up, rooms have balconies, but only those from the 12th floor up have ocean views. Overall, this is a solid mid-range option with decent services. The rooftop pool has a view of Copacabana Beach, and it's two blocks from the Siqueira Campos metro station.
