Fodor's Review:

The lobby of this centrally located hotel, one of the city's oldest, is often crowded with conventioneers. Rooms are clean and in fine working order, but are inexpensively furnished and outdated style-wise. Pros: Many rooms have the same view of the city and surrounding mountains that you'll find from the small rooftop pool and bar. Cons: Rooms that don't have this view tend to be a bit dark.
