Hotel Europa Review
The view of snowcapped Mt. Illimani from the rooftop garden sets this downtown hotel apart. There's original artwork by Gaston Ugalde on display in the lobby, and the restaurant does great breakfasts. Rooms have heated floors, flat-screen TVs, and large desks. Aside from that, it's a standard five-star range of facilities. Floors 6-9 are nonsmoking, and even-numbered rooms tend to be quieter since they are away from the neighboring school. The fitness center and pool are popular with expats.
