Aransaya Review
From its location on the penthouse floor of the Radisson Plaza Hotel, this upscale, formal restaurant gives diners spectacular views of the city. The presentation of the Bolivian and international cuisines is excellent, and so is the service, but be prepared to wait for your dinner. One of the most requested dishes is the milanesa de lagostinos. This is a great place to impress your guests.
