What fun to find a gourmet restaurant with good books (libros) and old CDs (discos) lining one wall, larger-than-life photos of Rita Moreno on the other, and beaded chandeliers lighting the open booths. The menu's unlikely yet delicious fusions include lots of seafood and fresh vegetables like asparagus, artichoke hearts, and green beans—a welcome relief in this country of carnivores. The vibe is hip and healthy; wine glasses (and pours) are large. You can browse and/or buy the books and CDs.
