The soft glow of candles on the patio at the 100-year-old Bodega Escorihuela sets the tone for super-chef, Francis Mallman, whose version of farm-fresh Patagonian cuisine has won him many awards and international acclaim. You can dine on the patio, where empanadas and traditional meats, including goat, are baked in mud ovens, a custom derived from the Incas. The 36-page wine list has detailed information on grapes and bodegas.
