$$$$ | |>At this adorable spot in Seclantás, Pío Díaz and his family cultivate ingredients in their organic garden then harvest them to create delicious regional dishes revered by top Argentine chefs. Many recipes, such as charquisillo made from jerky, have been passed down through the generations and are served in this gorgeous 18th-century farmhouse.
