A perfectly proportioned Tyrolean villa, this B&B on a sunny hillside in Barrio Belgrano, the nicest neighborhood in town, is only four blocks from the city center, but it's in a world of its own on a quiet street surrounded by well-tended gardens. The owners are mountaineers and skiers, and their photos decorate the walls of the breakfast room, where homemade breads and jams are served to guests who gather at breakfast or teatime.
