Irupé Lodge Review

If this thatched yellow lodge were any closer to the Laguna Iberá, you'd be sharing your bed with an alligator; many rooms overlook the water (the pricier ones have their own lakeside balconies), and, although they're fairly simple, the well-made wooden furniture, shining wooden floors, and tangerine-painted walls lend them style. You should seriously consider the good-value-for-money all-inclusive option: one-, two-, and three-night packages include guided walks and boat trips (in English), horse riding, and all meals. These are served in an airy dining area or on the breeze-swept veranda overlooking the lagoon, and feature hearty, mandioca-based dishes typical of Corrientes.
