Posada los Alamos Review

Surrounded by tall, leafy alamo trees and constructed of brick and dark quebracho (ironwood), this enormous complex incorporates a country manor house, half a dozen convention rooms, a spa, indoor swimming pool, and mini-golf course to offer all the trappings of a top-notch hotel. However, rooms are dark and sometimes musty, and there's a feeling that it has outgrown personal and attentive service. Prices halve in low season, which only adds to the sense that it's overpriced when you're most likely to visit El Calafate.
