Azur Real Hotel Boutique Review

The only question is how Córdoba managed to last so long without a boutique hotel, but the Azur, opened in late 2009, instantly made up for the omission. The furnishings come from Buenos Aires and Santiago del Estero—both ends of Argentina's sophistication spectrum—and a Córdoban architect has worked wonders with the building (which was once the university residence for Che Guevara). A fine restaurant ($$$) open to the public continues the fusion theme with chefs from Peru and Singapore, and the stylish terrace, with a tiny splash pool, attracts a cool crowd for after-office drinks.
